A new event makes its way into eggies world! Battle level 5 monsters for a chance to receive a limited edition Mythic item!
Mysterious Mushrooms
In the local forests, a new type of mushroom has been spotted sprouting from the ground. It seems to have some interesting effects on monsters that come into contact with it. Scientists believe mushrooms contain restorative properties. Although it does appear to heal those who come in contact with them there have also been reports of it being deadly to some monsters.
Scientists are conducting on-going studies into these mysterious mushrooms to better understand the impacts of the spores that come from them, as well as where they came from.
How does this event work?
Players who battle level 5 monsters will have a very small chance to receive the item as a drop after killing a monster currently affected by the spores from the mysterious shrooms. Monsters affected by the spores will appear larger at some times, and smaller at others. about 25% of monsters have become impacted by the spores and are contagious, it is important to collect samples for scientists to study so they can limit the potential damage it could do to the surrounding ecosystem.
when queuing for a level 5 battle you will have a 25% chance to encounter a monster holding the new item and will have a small chance to receive the item after defeating them. Keep in mind this event is only for a short time, so don’t miss out on your chance to receive this limited Mythic item! All players have been given 2 extra inventory slots to celebrate the launch of this event! Get out there and collect those items!
